"No Broke Boys" By Tinashe
Tinashe puts her own twist on the 2000 classic Bring It On in the music video for "No Broke Boys." The Quantum Baby lays out her list of standards, for her bad ass friends —which, of course, includes no broke boys, under 1k social media followers, and a big d*ck. 🤭 He’s also has to be over 6 feet tall, good with his hands, and emotionally available.
The video takes a wild turn at the end, Tinashe finds herself in deep trouble, leaving fans wondering: whats next?
"Allure" By FERG Ft. Future & Mike WiLL Made-It
“This dynamic trio has crafted a track that exudes energy and star power, creating a sonic experience that’s equal parts hype and smooth. At just over three minutes long, 'Allure' is packed with production from Truebeatzz, adding layers to FERG’s fast-paced, high-octane delivery while Future drops in with a more laid-back, mellow vibe.” ~ stupidDOPE
"Thought I Was Dead" By FERG
“'Thought I Was Dead’ is a fired-up, horn-laced banger that effectively points out that FERG is not dead. The beat has a small army of credited producers, including Mike WiLL Made-It and Lex Luger, and FERG goes into purposeful fast-rap mode for this one.
FERG co-directed the track’s video with Sage English, and it’s a fun, stylish visual attack that brings back that old A$AP Mob feeling. FERG rocks an all-white out fit with angel wings, shows off his Brat-green dye job, and careens around on dirtbikes like the Ruff Ryders era never ended.” ~ (Via STEREOGUM)
'Stabbed & Shot 2' By Benny The Butcher & 38 Spesh
Benny The Butcher and 38 Spesh reflect on their music and their current season with Okayplayer.
"Each year I grow and I look at things in a different way, says Benny, who notes a transition from the streets to the industry as a conduit for the change. Your kids get older, you meet new people because you’re in different rooms. Spesh agrees.
As the perspective changes, your approach changes, he says. We say the same things, but we say the same things in a different manner every time. Your perspective changes as you grow.” (Via Okayplayer)
